Past President's House League Hockey Tournament
Sanction Number - 22461
We will once again be hosting the NFMHA's Past President's Tournament on December 27, 28, 29, and 30, 2008. Sixteen (16) teams will be accepted in each division again this year. The cost for this tournament is $600.00 for OMHA teams and $625.00 for non-OMHA teams. Teams are guaranteed a minimum of three (3) games. All games will be 10-10-10 stop time. Overtime in playoffs only.
Novice through Peewee will be playing December 27, 28, and finishing on the 29th. Bantam and Midget will be playing the 28th, 29th, and 30th.
*The Past President's Tournament is a No-Hit Tournament for House League teams only. NO select players may enter.

Festival of Lights Peewee Tournament
Sanction Number - 22462
The Niagara Falls Minor Hockey Association will be hosting our annual Festival of Lights PeeWee Tournament on January 9,10, and 11, 2009. We will be accepting 20 teams in two (2) divisions only - ten (10) teams in AAA Major and ten (10) teams in AAA Minor.
The cost for this tournament is $925.00 for Canadian teams and $950.00 for American teams. Teams are guaranteed a minimum of four (4) games. All games will be 10-10-15 stop time. Overtime in playoffs only.

The Niagara Falls Thunder March Break Tournament
Sanction Number - 22463
From March 16 to 21, 2009 the Niagara Falls Minor Hockey Association will be hosting this annual tournament. We will be accepting 80 teams in ten (10) divisions - from Novice to Major Peewee.
There will be eight (8) teams per division, both in the Minor and Major category, A and AA.
The A category will play Monday through Wednesday and the AA category will play Thursday through Saturday.
The cost for this tournament is $850.00. Teams are guaranteed a minimum of three (3) games. All games will be 10-10-10 stop time. Overtime in playoffs only.

The NFMHA Select House League Tournament
Sanction Number - 22464
The NFMHA is proud to be hosting our first annual Select House League Tournament March 18 to 21, 2009. Sixteen (16) teams will be accepted in Peewee, Bantam, and Midget. The cost for this tournament is $650.00. Teams are guaranteed a minimum of three (3) games. All games will be 10-10-10 stop time. Overtime in playoffs only.
All divisions will be playing Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.

Negotiations by teams at other properties will not be accepted.
Particulars
We will accept teams on a first-come, first-serve basis. Late registrations will be placed on a cancellation waiting list. The tournament reserves the right to reject any entry. A team is accepted only when payment is received and an email stating acceptance is received by the registrant.
When registering, please pay attention to the division in which you have registered. Make sure you have chosen the correct division. If you have made a mistake please make the change AND notify the Niagara Falls Minor Hockey Office immediately. Refunds will not be issued to teams who registered in the wrong division.
There will be no gate fee for these tournaments.
If you are an OMHA team, a travel permit is not required. However all Non-OMHA teams must present an approved travel permit and letter of permission from their Association at registration.
United States teams must provide a letter of permission AND a validated team list from the branch of the AHAUS with which they are registered.
Welcome packages will distributed to all teams upon registration and each participant will receive a memento from the NFMHA.
Refund Information
Teams withdrawing will be refunded 50% of their entry fee only IF the entered category is filled. No entry fees will be refunded if the category applied for has a vacancy at the start of the tournament. Refunds will be issued two weeks after tournament completion and subject to an administrative fee.

Schedules will be available closer to the Tournament dates. Upon completion, they will be posted on our website.

The Niagara Falls Minor Hockey Association is pleased to be working with Hudson Travel Group (HTG) again this season. HTG will once again be providing complete travel and accommodation services for our annual tournaments.
The success of our tournaments relies heavily on the combination of great volunteers and the partnerships established with our sponsors. Hudson Travel Group is the exclusive travel partner for all tournaments hosted by Niagara Falls Minor Hockey Association. Effectively immediately, one of the criteria of acceptance into our tournaments will be that your hotel accommodations have been secured through Hudson Travel Group. They have blocks put aside at all the participating host hotels, so be sure to contact them early and secure your spot.
